Born Queen N-yellabong on 15th July 1993 to Ghanaian parents Mr.George Thas and Ms Georgina N-yellabong.

Now known as Queenie, She started her pre-school at Queen’s International School, and left to continue her junior high school at Base Ordnance Depot, where she moved to senior high school at Wesley Grammer, She then went ahead to Study French and IT.

MUSIC CAREER

She developed a strong love for muzik at the tender age of six, Queenie was always listening to muzik. Her mom would cease all her muzik devices yet still Queenie will find ways and means of getting them back or getting herself another one. She has being abused by people she thought could be of help to her in her music career. Swallowing all the pains she went through, she then became a video vixen, appeared in some Ghanaian muzik videos, As time went on she recorded her first debut single title “LOSE CONTROL”. She went mute for a while and came back with a song titled “IF HE KNEW”. She works with Flipbeatz one of the best producers out there under. Signed to Flipside Records Queenie is working on more songs. She likes to involve her viewer in a way that is sometimes physical and believes in the idea being close to them and listening to their advice and needs. Her music appears as a dreamlike image in which fiction and reality meet

Queenie enjoys listening to music, Singing,hanging out with friends,swimming,she enjoys watching movies,above all she loves life.

Influenced by artists like Enya, Beyonce, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Cassie,Avril Lavigne and Chris Brown, she does a blend of RnB, and Afro-Pop music. She expresses herself through her music. She uses music as tool for motivation and empowerment of women. Her songs are mostly about love, partying, enjoying the finer things in life and being comfortable in your own skin without letting hatred from other people bring you down. She aims at making African women more comfortable being sexy, confident and content with their bodies.

Queenie also has a dream of establishing her foundation to help the orphans and less fortunate ones because God has been soo good to her. Queenie needs your love and support.
